2. About Our Products

We create custom photo magnets based on the images, logos, or designs you provide.
As our products are personalised, please ensure all files and details submitted are correct — we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind or customer errors.

We do not claim ownership of the images or designs you upload. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use it.

 

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment must be received in full at checkout before your order is processed.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Please review your order details carefully — once production has begun, we may not be able to make changes.

 

4. Production & Shipping

Our products are made to order in Melbourne, Australia.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched the next business day.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (AEDT), Monday–Friday, are shipped the next business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will ship on the following business day.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

We are not responsible for postal or courier delays once the order has been shipped.

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because each product is custom-made, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jakephotomagnets.com.au with photos of the issue.

If the fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design elements — is the property of JAKE Photo Magnets and protected under Australian copyright law.
