2. What is the turnaround time for custom photo magnets?

Answer:
The production time for custom photo magnets is typically 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Shipping usually takes an additional 1-3 business days within Australia, depending on your location. We’ll notify you once your magnets are shipped!

3. What is your return and refund policy?

Answer:
As each photo magnet is custom made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged. If your magnets are not up to your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll be happy to discuss the issue.
