I made a small order, for my first order. JAKE photo magnets contacted me within a few hours to ensure my order details were correct. Once I had given the go-ahead to proceed, they had the product made and shipped within 24 hours. They also supplied me with shipping update messages, and another message when my order was out for delivery. Incredibly thoughtful customer service.
When I received the order, each item was beautifully and carefully wrapped in nice paper, and there was a bonus little gift inside as well. It was a really nice surprise to receive something that I could feel a lot of care had been put in, and had such a personal touch.
