I made a small order, for my first order. JAKE photo magnets contacted me within a few hours to ensure my order details were correct. Once I had given the go-ahead to proceed, they had the product made and shipped within 24 hours. They also supplied me with shipping update messages, and another message when my order was out for delivery. Incredibly thoughtful customer service.

When I received the order, each item was beautifully and carefully wrapped in nice paper, and there was a bonus little gift inside as well. It was a really nice surprise to receive something that I could feel a lot of care had been put in, and had such a personal touch.
Their customer service was thorough, and well above my expectations, and the product quality is very good. I'll definitely be ordering from them again, and highly recommend their products.

My order was processed quickly, and delivery was faster than I expected. Packaging was neat and cute. Quality product. I love that I don’t need to peel the stickers from the edge. I’ve stuck the stickers everywhere at home hehe and it’s also a nice touch for my orders and branding.

I recently purchased the 3"x2" rectangle magnet machine and found it easy to use. I chose the cardboard backing in the kit and wasn't sure if that was the what I wanted to go with after trying it, although there was nothing wrong with it as it pressed perfectly. Then I made my latest purchase of the acrylic backing so as to compare and I like that as well. After comparing both backing types from Jake, I like both methods and its hard to choose between the both, its up to the individual preference. Jakes products arrived on time and I was able to track the parcel, also I was provided updates from Jake as to the when the parcel got held up due to Easter. Great business to deal with.
